What payment methods can I use online?

We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, JBC debit cards via Square to make payments as easy as possible.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

If in most cases the item has not shipped, the order can be cancelled free of charge. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled because we cannot pick up your order from the stack. Can I change the shipping address on my order?

Five Meal Feeder, can I set up five meals for feeding?

Five meals include one ready-to-eat and four meals, not all five meals are intended for the future.

Can I feed multiple pets from the same feeder?

The only situation where we allow multiple pets to be assigned to the same feeder is if you have multiple animals of healthy weight that you can trust to self-regulate (almost all the time this only applies to cats, as dogs typically cannot share the same food bowl and are not guarded and aggressive).

What happens to the food if my pet does not eat the entire meal after delivery?

The uneaten portion of the food remains in the feeding bowl available to your pet. Pets can use the food in the bowl 24/7. If the pet does not finish all of the meal by the time the next meal is scheduled, the meal will be delivered on time.
